Syvanna Gbollie is a diplomat, economist, entrepreneur, and project management professional with a distinguished academic and professional record. He holds a Master of Science in Project Planning and Management, as well as double bachelor’s degrees in Economics and in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from the International University of East Africa and Cavendish University Uganda, respectively.

He currently serves as Senior Policy Analyst to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, providing strategic guidance on national, regional, and international policy matters. Prior to joining the Ministry, he spent more than half a decade in the private sector, where he managed multiple donor-funded initiatives, including the UNICEF-supported Let Us Learn Project, the Startup Accelerator Project, and other development and youth-focused programs.

With over seven years of teaching experience, Syvanna has lectured on Project Management, Entrepreneurship, and Project Proposal Writing, significantly contributing to professional capacity building in Liberia.
